recover/restore photos from iPhone 6 device

If you don't have a backup or use photo streams and you restored your phone, where do you expect to recover you photos from exactly?

What memory? you restore your phone to factory settings without backing up your phone to icloud or iTunes.

There is nowhere to get your picture back, can' recover it from thin air.
